The Bulgarian Rugby Federation is pleased to offer interested people from local rugby clubs the opportunity to take part in World Rugby training programmes. The portfolio of programmes consists of both online courses and live-led courses in the following areas:
- Coaching
- Refereeing
- Match officials
- Strength and conditioning
- Administration and management
Everyone who successfully completes the relevant course obtains a licence for that activity with World Rugby.*
If you are interested in any of the courses, wish to nominate an employee/volunteer of a rugby club, or would like to receive information about the criteria and conditions for approval of a participant for a given course, please send your enquiries, including a short motivation letter (why you want to take part, how this would contribute to the rugby community / your club, and in what way you support rugby at the moment) to:

Every course participant is obliged to monitor the validity of their licence and, before the expiry date, to contact the education activities manager of the Bulgarian Rugby Federation – Darina Zaharieva – at the above email address, as well as if they wish to apply for the next level of the course.
